Role Overview
As a Senior Manager/Principal in our Provider Vertical, you will serve as a high-impact thought partner to senior leadership, shaping how Turquoise serves our hospital and health system customers. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare data and customer solution strategy, requiring you to interpret complex price transparency and reimbursement data to influence strategic pricing, payer contracting, and technology-enabled solutions. You will balance business development activities with hands-on solution delivery, acting as a bridge between technical data analysis and commercial leadership needs.
Growth & Business Development
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to scope and win new engagements, shaping proposals, SOWs, and value-based pricing models.
- Convert projects into durable, multi-year partnerships by identifying adjacent opportunities within existing accounts.
- Advise senior leadership on packaging, pricing, and positioning of solution-based offerings.
Customer-Facing Partnerships
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and VPs of Revenue Cycle/Managed Care at health systems.
- Own engagements end-to-end, including scoping, work planning, and execution, with accountability for measurable client outcomes.
- Analyze price transparency, contracts, claims, and reimbursement data to synthesize executive-ready narratives.
- Present insights to influence decision-making regarding pricing strategy, contracting, and payer negotiations.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure engagement outcomes align with broader account health.
- Work with Solutions Engineering to source, structure, and validate novel datasets.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations on engagement economics and compliance.
- Provide structured feedback to Product teams to surface client needs and improve solution scalability.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in RCM-focused management consulting, digital health, or provider-side revenue cycle strategy & operations.
- Deep command of the revenue cycle end-to-end: patient access, coding, charge capture, CDI, billing, claims, and payer contracting.
- Demonstrated ability to distill complex analytical findings into clear, board-ready presentations for C-suite audiences.
- Strong understanding of reimbursement mechanics and payment methodologies across different care settings.
- Technical fluency in SQL or similar tools for direct data manipulation and analysis.
Preferred Certifications
- HFMA designations: CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) or CHFP (Certified Healthcare Financial Professional).
- AAPC coding certifications: CPC, CIC, or COC.
