We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who can build a strong hiring process around real

business needs, not just fill roles.

This is a role for someone who understands the market, knows how to source deeply, calibrates

quickly with hiring managers, and stays focused on outcomes over activity. You’ll work across

business, software, and hardware streams, usually managing 3-4 streams in parallel.

We need a recruiter who can operate as a true partner to the business: shape search and

assessment processes, improve hiring quality through data, test new sourcing approaches, and

drive strong candidates through to offer and close.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple hiring streams at once across business, software, and hardware

  • Own 3–4 streams in parallel without losing speed or quality

  • Design search and assessment processes together with hiring managers

  • Build a deep understanding of each role, candidate profile, and hiring bar

  • Source strong candidates proactively and build a healthy, consistent pipeline

  • Test different sourcing channels and outreach approaches instead of relying on one

  • Use data to improve the hiring process: conversions, speed, pipeline quality, and stage

  • Give clear market feedback to the business: what works, what doesn’t, and where

Requirements

  • Experience as a Recruiter / Senior Recruiter in a high-bar hiring environment

  • Ability to run several different searches at the same time

  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to find high-quality, non-obvious candidates

  • Experience building search and assessment processes with hiring managers, not just

  • taking briefs

  • A data-driven mindset and the ability to treat recruiting as a system

  • Experience using data to calibrate process quality and willingness to test new sourcing

  • Ability to sell opportunities, not just describe vacancies

  • High ownership, independence, and focus on results
