We're looking for a Social Media Manager to help shape and grow the Krak brand on social,defining how it shows up, sounds, and connects with a new generation of users across X,TikTok, and Instagram.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, product marketing, and culture. You'll work closely with the Krak Product Marketing Manager to help define the brand voice, then bring it to life every day through content that's fast, fun, and genuinely useful. You'll brief and direct our on-camera creator, contribute to go-to-market for product launches, and turn features like cashback, global transfers, and yield into stories people actually want to engage with.

The opportunity

  • Own the strategy and day-to-day execution of Krak's social channels across X, TikTok,and Instagram, with an eye toward expanding to YouTube and emerging platforms overtime

  • Work closely with the Krak PMM to help define and evolve the brand voice, establishinghow Krak sounds and shows up across social

  • Brief, direct, and collaborate with the Krak on-camera creator and brand design team toproduce high-frequency, high-impact content across formats, from concept throughpublish

  • Get hands-on with content creation yourself, whether that's writing copy, scripting,putting together posts, rewards, growth loops, or jumping in wherever the moment callsfor it

  • Identify and manage the right external resources to bring the strategy to life, whetherfreelancers, production partners, or agencies, building toward a model that scales asKrak grows

  • Lead social go-to-market for product launches and feature releases, translating Krak'sproduct story (card, payments, vaults, yield) into platform-native content that educatesand excites

  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams, ensuring social campaigns and productmessaging stay creative, accurate, and compliant

  • Build Krak's cultural presence by tapping into trends, memes, and real-time moments ina way that feels authentic to the brand and relevant to the audience

  • Develop creative concepts that make financial features feel accessible, rewarding, andworth sharing

  • Build and engage the Krak community through campaigns, activations, and everydayconversation

  • Be the platform expert, first to test new formats, features, and creative approaches,always pushing the output further

  • Use AI tools to move faster, ideate smarter, and scale creative production

  • Own your KPIs: track, analyze, and use performance data to continuously raise the bar

Skills you should HODL

  • 4-6 years of social media and content strategy experience, with a strong focus onconsumer brand and product marketing; experience in fintech, banking, crypto, or aconsumer app strongly preferred

  • Proven ability to build and grow social channels, with a track record of content that drivesawareness and engagement

  • A natural creative collaborator, experienced briefing and directing on-camera talent orcreators to get the best work out of them

  • Deeply fluent in TikTok, Instagram, and X; you understand what works on each platformand why, and you're always one step ahead of the algorithm

  • Strong storytelling instincts, able to make product features (APY, cashback, globaltransfers) feel clear, compelling, and genuinely exciting to a mainstream audience

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity; you don't need a playbook handed to you, andyou're energized by the chance to help write one

  • Data-driven with fluency in social analytics; always optimizing based on what's working

  • Proficient with AI tools for content ideation, creative production, and workflow efficiency

  • A real finance brain: you understand the mechanics behind the products you'remarketing (cashback structures, FX spreads, yield, crypto rails) and can spot when acompetitor is doing something interesting before anyone briefs you on it

  • A fast, self-directed operator who thrives in a remote, distributed environment
