Job Description
PerfectServe is looking for a top-performing Python and .NET/C# developer to join our team as we continue to disrupt the health-care communication space. As a Software Engineer, you will be a technical leader responsible for writing highly performant, well-structured, and well-tested code. You will enhance and maintain web services and background workers as part of an Agile team, ensuring feature delivery, code quality, and the mentoring of junior members.
What You'll Do
- Debate, design, implement, and deliver user stories on time following an Agile development lifecycle.
- Solve complex problems while implementing best practices and writing to high standards.
- Identify and communicate technical debt and risks to effect resolutions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners in release and iteration planning.
- Perform code reviews to ensure testability and maintainability.
- Mentor junior team members.
You Bring to the Team
- 2+ years of experience with Python and Django.
- 2+ years of experience with C#, the .NET Framework, and/or .NET Core.
- 1+ years of experience with ASP.NET Web API.
- Expert-level knowledge of RESTful Web API patterns.
- Expert-level knowledge of .NET data access frameworks (Dapper, EF, ADO.NET).
- Advanced-level knowledge of MSSQL and query optimization.
- Strong understanding of Unit and Integration Testing techniques.
