The Role
Our Product Engineering Community is expanding, and we are looking for professionals to join our team to develop products in the Customer Experience sector. We focus on real user impact, architecture optimization, and performance, valuing an engineering mindset and initiative.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in system or network administration.
- Solid understanding of computer networks and network protocols.
- Experience working with Linux and Windows Server administration.
- Practical knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, and Mikrotik.
- Understanding of Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) principles.
- Experience supporting Linux, Windows, and macOS workstations.
- Ability to analyze problems and implement effective technical solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation and systematic approaches.
Additional Requirements:
- English level B1 (Intermediate+) for documentation and team communication.
- Ability to work in a team and take ownership of decisions.
- Commitment to code quality, scalability, and user experience.
