About The Role
We are looking for a highly technical, execution-focused Technical Product Manager (TPM) to serve as the Single Threaded Leader (STL) for Client Intelligence & Data. You will define the foundational building blocks required to scale analytics and merchant-facing reporting, moving between product strategy, technical direction, and production operation. You will lead an autonomous domain pod to build robust capabilities, championing a “You Build It, You Run It” (YBIYRI) engineering culture to ensure bank-grade reliability.
Client Intelligence & Data: What This Domain Owns
As the STL for this domain, you will own the roadmap, architecture, and operational health of dashboard analytics, KPIs, and report generation for merchants and operators.
Your contribution will be
- Own single-threaded leadership (STL): Translate business goals into precise, versioned APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Drive agentic strategy: Move client onboarding toward low-to-no coding effort, transitioning toward an autonomous, AI-driven insights engine.
- Protect the stability floor: Maintain high automated quality assurance across KPI computation and report generation.
- Provide cross-functional leadership: Partner with Staff Engineers and the CTO Office to eliminate silos.
- Embed a YBIYRI culture: Ensure team designs for multi-tenancy, elastic scaling, and automated observability.
- Prioritize with evidence: Use the RICE framework to turn requirements into a structured, executable roadmap.
Skills You Need
- Deep technical foundation: Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, APIs, event-driven platforms, and modern software engineering practices (Cloud-native/Serverless, Kotlin/Go, gRPC/REST).
- Platform-as-a-Product experience: Experience building foundational platform capabilities or complex distributed systems, analytics pipelines, or merchant-facing dashboards.
- Execution mastery: Track record of driving delivery velocity and optimizing DORA metrics.
- Commercial sharpness: Ability to articulate technical trade-offs to executive stakeholders.
