We are seeking Support Specialists to join our 24/7/365 support team to assist physicians, nurses, and system administrators. You will be responsible for user account management, end-user education, on-call schedule management, interface assistance, and application troubleshooting.
Who You Are
- Strong technical aptitude with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High customer empathy and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing tasks.
- Availability to work evenings, nights, and weekends (most schedules require working one weekend day).
- Access to high-speed internet and the ability to start on August 24, 2026.
What You'll Be Doing
- Field incoming client communications via phone, chat, and our online customer portal.
- Train end-users on how to effectively utilize PerfectServe’s phone, mobile, and web applications.
- Perform basic-to-advanced troubleshooting for message delivery and content issues.
- Consult, design, configure, and deploy custom applications to meet clinical workflow needs.
- Build and revise user accounts based on established standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer success and technical teams, to resolve escalated issues.
