Experience you’ll need to bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, VIP Management, Customer Success, Retention, Sales, or similar roles;
- Experience in iGaming or understanding of client retention, lifecycle management, and VIP player behaviour;
- Ability to manage several VIP clients simultaneously, work with client activity data, and act on insights;
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English level and fluent Ukrainian;
- Hungarian language will be a plus.
