About the role

Neurons Lab is hiring a senior AI Enablement Trainer to deliver an AI Adoption Programme for a US mutual fund administration firm. The programme is all-online, consisting of half-day workshops delivered weekly across roughly 6–12 weeks on Claude Enterprise and Claude Cowork, with a focus on SharePoint-based data flows. This is a client-facing, senior BFSI positioning where the trainer must credibly represent a senior-level expert. You will work alongside an internal AI platform and governance engineer who will handle setup and technical infrastructure support.

Objective

Deliver the client AI Adoption Programme end to end, from foundational training through function-specific workshops. Ensure that each team leaves with practical Claude skills applicable to real fund-administration workflows and the ability to continue building their own automated processes.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Adapt the curriculum to real artifacts such as fee schedules, deferred compensation calculations, N-1A filings, and board packs.
  • Personally deliver online half-day workshops to non-technical audiences with varying levels of AI familiarity.
  • Design and facilitate hands-on exercises, building 3 Claude skills live per function workshop using actual documents and data flows.
  • Teach staff the "team extends" method to decompose their own workflows into AI-assisted processes.
  • Conduct office-hours sessions post-workshop to triage questions and support implementation.
  • Coordinate with governance and platform engineers to maintain consistency across technical and functional content.
  • Collect feedback to iterate on session content and escalate complex engineering opportunities to the account team.

Skills

  • Excellent live facilitation and presentation skills for non-technical professionals, maintaining high engagement over 4-hour sessions.
  • Practical fluency in Claude Enterprise, Cowork, Projects, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
  • Ability to decompose expert workflows and rebuild them as AI-assisted processes.
  • Clear communication regarding AI limitations, failure modes, and safe-use practices in regulated environments.
  • Fluent English, capable of presenting professionally to US-based clients.

Knowledge

  • Financial services domain expertise, specifically in fund administration or asset management operations like fee calculations, ETF compliance, and regulatory reporting.
  • Understanding of governance and safe-AI concepts for regulated firms, including RBAC, data residency, and prompt injection mitigation.
  • Familiarity with the modern AI tooling landscape, including Claude ecosystem, MCP, and SharePoint integration patterns.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing and delivering corporate training or workshops.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI/GenAI enablement to business teams within banking, finance, or insurance.
  • Experience building AI-assisted workflows used in production by non-technical teams.
