Role Overview
Second Front Systems (2F) is seeking a Commercial Sales Account Executive to drive new business for 2F Game Warden, our authorized DevSecOps platform that enables the authorization and deployment of software onto government and defense networks. This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales seat on a growing commercial team where you own the process from the first conversation to the signed contract.
What You'll Do
- Own and prioritize a complex book of business selling 2F Game Warden to independent software vendors (ISVs) and technology companies.
- Manage full-cycle sales including prospecting, discovery, technical validation, procurement, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting to consistently exceed targets.
- Clearly articulate the value of 2F Game Warden regarding DoW Impact Level and FedRAMP accreditation to both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder deal cycles involving procurement, security, and compliance teams.
- Partner with solutions engineers to conduct tailored product demos and validation sessions.
- Collaborate with marketing and channel partners like AWS and Google Cloud to source and close opportunities.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS or software sales experience, ideally selling technical platforms to ISVs or DevSecOps buyers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas with demonstrated success in closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong skills in end-to-end sales ownership, from initial outreach to contract execution.
- Existing fluency within the defense tech, govtech, or national security ecosystem is highly preferred.
- Disciplined approach to CRM hygiene and pipeline forecasting.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with high standards and complex technical sales cycles.
