In France, every employee is entitled to a doctor whose job is to ensure they stay healthy at work. We are building the tech and operations behind Prévenir, a brand new occupational health service. We're building a proprietary medical stack from scratch, scaling operations to thousands of workers, and managing a physical medical center. What you'll build and who you’ll work with
- Our AI-first medical software used by health professionals: patient files, consultation audio transcription, workplace risks, video consultations, and appointment scheduling.
- The customer setup machinery simplifying affiliation, contracting, billing, and risk declaration for HR.
- Onsite member experience: design and implement the best experience possible for workers and health professionals, both online and onsite.

The Stack
- Python/Flask, React, PostgreSQL in a monorepo.
- Deployment: Daily.
- Tooling: Claude Code team plan and in-house AI coding agent.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years shipping production-quality fullstack features (backend or frontend specialization is fine).
- Experience with scalable, reliable systems that handle regulatory constraints.
- Zero-to-one mindset and comfort with product ambiguity.
- Product-minded approach with empathy for doctors, HR admins, and employees.
- Grit and a bias for action in decision-making.
