About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketer to define, capture, and convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in collaboration with our Sales and Business Development (BD) teams. The ideal candidate will own the entire lead generation funnel - from identifying high-intent leads to nurturing them into sales-ready opportunities. You will leverage data-driven strategies, experimentation, and cross-functional alignment to increase conversion rates, shorten sales cycles, and drive revenue growth.

Once immediate revenue goals are achieved, this role will own the full customer lifecycle, including retention, win-back, and expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and Refine MQLs: Develop and document criteria in partnership with Sales/BD, analyze customer data to identify high-conversion patterns, and refine lead scoring models.
  • Capture and Nurture: Optimize lead capture channels (forms, landing pages, chatbots), execute lead nurturing campaigns, and perform A/B testing on messaging and CTAs.
  • Drive Conversion: Serve as the bridge between Marketing and Sales, review MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and share actionable insights regarding lead performance.
  • Experiment and Optimize: Build performance dashboards to track KPIs like lead velocity and pipeline contribution while identifying new workflows for marketing performance.
  • Collaboration: Work with revenue and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and support Sales/BD with enablement materials such as case studies and battle cards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Confidence in managing lead scoring models and aligning sales/marketing lead definitions.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.
