About the Role

The KYC Specialist is responsible for managing the flow of incoming documents for primary user verification and processing KYC documentation manually. You will review verification results from third-party providers, making approval or escalation decisions. The role involves detecting fraudulent activity in identity, payment, and residence documents, as well as identifying inconsistencies in automated verification outcomes. You will advise clients on documentation requirements and contribute to the development of fraud prevention controls while ensuring data accuracy and meeting SLA targets.

Experience and Requirements

  • Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher.
  • Ability to process large volumes of data in a short period.
  • Ability to work within a rotating shift schedule.
  • Relevant previous experience in the field of customer care, customer onboarding, or customer experience.
  • Understanding of basic KYC and AML procedures.
