- 1. Account Management & Client Success
- Campaign Management:
- Serve as customersβ primary point of contact, ensuring their engagement, retention, and satisfaction with our platform.
- Supervise and lead strategic campaigns autonomously, being responsible for the planning and revision of campaigns leveraging our proprietary platform.
- Structure insightful analyses to improve and understand campaignsβ performance.
- Provide reports and identify challenges, opportunities, and recommendations for our customers.
- Work closely with the product team to communicate client feedback, pain points, and feature requests.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving tracking, attribution, or integration issues in collaboration with data science and engineering teams.
- Guide and support team members in campaign analysis, reporting, and client communication.
- 2. Team Leadership
- Coordinate the day-to-day work of a small team (1β2 people), helping prioritize tasks and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Provide mentorship and support to help team members grow in campaign strategy, analytics, and client management.
- Ensure quality and consistency in deliverables shared with clients.
- 3. Business Strategy
- Expertly troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of our customersβ needs and business. Identify growth opportunities and work closely with our product and sales teams to drive renewals and upsells.
- Stay up to date with our latest features and industry trends to continuously add value to clients.
Required Skills π»
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or digital marketing consulting.
- Experience leading projects or coordinating small teams.
- Strong Excel skills (to be demonstrated).
- Advanced knowledge of paid media optimization (2+ years).
- Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English.
