Acorns is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Marketing to lead the narrative architecture, go-to-market strategy, and evergreen content programs that drive adoption across the Acorns and Acorns Early product portfolios.
In this role, you will own the master messaging frameworks and lead high-priority product launches end-to-end. AI fluency is foundational to this role. You are expected to integrate modern AI tools into the daily practice of product marketing, build reusable workflows that elevate the standards of the broader team, and continuously raise the quality bar for how the function operates.
Acorns is a remote-first organization, offering the flexibility to work remotely while providing optional access to office space in Irvine, CA.
What you will do at Acorns:
Own Narrative Architecture & Storytelling: Build and maintain the core messaging architecture across the Acorns portfolio as the source of truth for Brand, Growth, Lifecycle, and Comms. Ensure messaging clearly connects product capabilities to customer outcomes.
Integrate Voice of Customer: Continuously synthesize insights from research, support, and social sentiment into messaging. Maintain a living system that keeps customer language and motivations embedded in strategy.
Lead Go-To-Market Strategy: Own end-to-end GTM execution for key launches, including positioning, audience strategy, and performance measurement. Leverage AI-assisted workflows to increase speed while maintaining brand and compliance standards.
Drive Evergreen Content & Adoption: Own a centralized library of evergreen assets—including product education, value propositions, and app store creative—to improve product understanding and increase adoption.
Build AI-Integrated Operations: Develop reusable AI workflows and prompt systems that improve the quality, speed, and consistency of marketing execution.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Product, Brand, Growth, Lifecycle, and Compliance to ensure launch readiness and coordinated execution across all customer-facing channels.
What you will bring to Acorns:
5–7 years of product marketing experience, including leading product launches that drove measurable adoption (Consumer, fintech, or subscription experience preferred).
Strong AI fluency, with experience applying modern AI tools to research, messaging, content development, or competitive analysis.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate product capabilities into clear customer value.
Proven ability to synthesize customer insights and market signals into actionable marketing plans.
Experience building scalable content systems and repeatable processes in fast-paced environments.
