The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for generating pipeline and creating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. You are the first point of contact with future partners and a critical driver of revenue growth. This is an entry-level role (0–3 years experience) ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in tech sales and grow quickly in a merit-based environment.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect K-12 and Higher Ed decision-makers via cold calls and email outreach
- Build and manage outbound email campaigns
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Set high-quality meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate CRM activity
- Consistently meet and exceed activity and meeting goals
An Ideal Candidate Should Have
- Native or near-native English proficiency
- Ability to work within US time zones (EST to PST)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven
Nice to Have
- Understanding of the EdTech industry
- Experience with cold calling
- Experience running email campaigns
- Experience setting meetings
