The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for generating pipeline and creating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. You are the first point of contact with future partners and a critical driver of revenue growth. This is an entry-level role (0–3 years experience) ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in tech sales and grow quickly in a merit-based environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect K-12 and Higher Ed decision-makers via cold calls and email outreach
  • Build and manage outbound email campaigns
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Set high-quality meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity and meeting goals

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

  • Native or near-native English proficiency
  • Ability to work within US time zones (EST to PST)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of the EdTech industry
  • Experience with cold calling
