Your Role
Your main goal will be to build and scale n8n’s Service Partner ecosystem across the DACH region, creating a strong network of consulting firms and systems integrators that drives partner-sourced pipeline, revenue growth, and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and qualify high-potential DACH partners: Identify, recruit, and onboard consulting firms, boutique systems integrators, and digital agencies across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Build relationships with senior stakeholders and assess partner-market fit.
- Enable, support, and scale partnerships: Design onboarding and certification programs. Create reusable resources like playbooks and toolkits to help partners build internal n8n expertise.
- Drive pipeline and co-selling success: Build and grow partner-sourced pipeline. Collaborate with internal Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing teams to develop joint business plans and co-selling motions.
- Activate regional go-to-market initiatives: Execute joint campaigns, webinars, and regional events. Represent n8n at industry events and ensure partners are integrated into regional go-to-market activities.
- Champion partner feedback: Act as the voice of DACH partners internally to shape future programs, incentives, and product priorities.
Requirements
- SaaS partnership experience: 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales within SaaS, including at least 3 years working with services partners.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in German and English, with the ability to manage commercial negotiations and executive relationships in both languages.
- DACH market knowledge: Deep understanding of the German, Austrian, and Swiss technology and consulting ecosystems.
- Commercial ownership: Proven track record of owning partner-sourced pipeline and revenue targets.
- Technical depth: Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, automation workflows, and the broader AI landscape.
- Builder’s mindset: Experience creating programs and processes from scratch with a hands-on, data-driven approach.
