You are responsible for:

  • Providing ongoing guidance, coaching, employee relations and overall HR support for respective client group(s), inclusive of talent review, organization design, and performance management.

  • Working closely with leadership to improve relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and mediate complex staff issues with compassion and confidentiality.
  • Liaising with internal legal counsel to reduce legal risks and ensure compliance while counseling leadership on performance-related issues.
  • Diagnosing, designing, and implementing large and small-scale solutions that improve employee engagement, retention, leadership development, and organizational culture.
  • Conducting talent reviews to recommend staffing levels and skill sets, including succession planning and troubleshooting organizational structure.
  • Collaborating with People Centers of Excellence—such as Recruiting, Learning & Development, and Compensation—to implement solutions that meet changing business and talent needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field and 5+ years of experience in HR, employee relations, or labor relations.
  • Proven experience managing complex employee relations issues in a global, multi-regional context.
  • Strong understanding of international labor laws and hands-on experience navigating employee relations complexities across different countries.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence a diverse, global workforce.
  • Strategic acumen to implement creative solutions for complex business challenges.
  • Experience using technology platforms to operate efficiently, including AI tools.
  • Experience supporting fundraising, sales, marketing, or technology groups in an HRBP capacity.
  • Experience working in a not-for-profit or public sector organization with diverse, multi-cultural teams.
