About the Role
EasyPost is seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader to drive the next phase of growth across our carrier portfolio. This role is critical to sustaining and accelerating a high-growth revenue stream currently on pace to exceed $12M annually, with a mandate to double or triple that impact by 2027.
As the strategic owner of key carrier relationships, you will serve as the connective tissue between external partners and internal teams. You will shape and execute initiatives that deepen carrier partnerships, unlock new commercialization opportunities, and strengthen EasyPost’s position as a leading multi-carrier shipping platform.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Carrier Growth: Lead high-impact initiatives and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) with major carriers to expand revenue opportunities and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Own Carrier Partnerships at Scale: Serve as the strategic lead for key carrier relationships ensuring alignment on shared goals and sustained mutual growth.
- Translate Strategy into Execution: Partner closely with Engineering to define, prioritize, and deliver carrier-related solutions that drive incremental value and improve platform capabilities.
- Champion Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Product Marketing (PMM) to refine carrier positioning and build a scalable “Carrier-as-a-Customer” growth program.
- Lead Product Strategy Direction: Provide clear product vision and roadmap guidance to support seamless execution by Engineering.
- Expand and Diversify Carrier Portfolio: Strengthen EasyPost’s multi-carrier ecosystem by optimizing performance, adoption, and revenue contribution across regional and global partners.
- Identify and Unlock New Revenue Streams: Evaluate market opportunities and carrier capabilities to introduce innovative offerings that drive incremental revenue growth.
- Monitor Performance & Optimize Outcomes: Track key metrics across carrier partnerships, using data-driven insights to refine strategy and maximize impact.
Minimum Education & Experience Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Partnerships, Strategy, or a related function within logistics, shipping, eCommerce, or a multi-sided platform environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, preferably with major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or Amazon.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
- Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and translate it into executable roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of carrier ecosystems, shipping/logistics infrastructure, or marketplace/platform business models.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and prioritize initiatives.
