What you will do
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery;
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, QA, and design teams;
- Proactively engage with parallel technical teams to ensure alignment and efficient dependency management;
- Ensure the stability and uptime of owned products and services;
- Take ownership of proactively improving the quality, performance, and reliability of the product/service;
- Track and manage key performance metrics, including: Uptime Rate, Development Deviation (normal deviation), Defect Detection Rate, Error Monitoring, Delivery Rate;
- Ensure effective prioritisation, sprint planning, and tracking of deliverables;
- Mitigate risks, remove blockers, and maintain transparency with stakeholders;
- Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvements within the team: processes, communication, and delivery practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management within a technology-focused company or digital product environment;
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, Agile/Scrum;
- Hands-on experience managing cross-functional technical teams (e.g., backend, frontend, DevOps);
- Strong track record of delivering complex projects in environments with strict reliability and uptime requirements;
- Proven ability to work with data-driven KPIs and apply them to improve delivery and operational excellence;
- Experience working in industries with fast release cycles, live systems, and customer-facing platforms;
- Familiarity with incident management, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation in production;
- Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken);
- Experience with iGaming will be a plus.
