About the Role
Supabase is looking for an Event Programs Manager, Developer Community & Ecosystem to help grow and scale our developer community initiatives and industry event programs. You’ll work closely with the Head of Global Events and Field Marketing to build programs that connect Supabase with developers and the broader ecosystem, including meetups, workshops, hackathons, and community activations.
What You’ll Do
- Own and Scale Community Programs: Scale global developer meetups, workshops, and hackathons while partnering with DevRel to align with product launches and advocate networks.
- Support Industry Event Activations: Manage Supabase’s presence at major conferences like AWS re:Invent, KubeCon, and Stripe Sessions, including organizing side events and partner collaborations.
- Turn Experiments Into Scalable Programs: Develop playbooks and standardized frameworks for community and ecosystem events to ensure global scalability.
- Collaborate Across the Events Team: Partner with internal stakeholders on event logistics, marketing promotion, and post-event follow-up to ensure excellent attendee experiences.
Who You Are
- 5–7+ years of experience in field marketing, developer marketing, or community/partner programs.
- Deep understanding of developer communities and technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives independently in a fast-moving, remote environment.
- Experience with community-led growth and building scalable event frameworks.
- Willingness to travel for on-site event execution as needed.
