About the role
You’ll work as part of a small, high-caliber team operating with high autonomy, fast iteration cycles, and strong founder energy.
- Continuously explore emerging shifts in AI interfaces, orchestration, agents, and autonomy.
- Stay deeply connected to the AI ecosystem through founder networks, user conversations, and emerging tooling.
- Identify unmet needs and future product opportunities that could shape n8n’s long-term direction.
- Rapidly prototype, validate, and launch AI-native product ideas with minimal support.
- Operate across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market with a highly scrappy, execution-first mindset.
- Use structured thinking, experimentation, and user feedback to evaluate investment areas for the next 1–3 years.
Requirements
- 0→1 product building experience: You’ve built and launched products from scratch, ideally in the AI space.
- AI-native thinking: Strong intuition for how AI is changing software, workflows, and user behavior.
- Hands-on execution: Comfortable building, prototyping, and operating with minimal structure.
- Product intuition & problem-solving: Ability to combine strong product instincts with structured thinking.
- Product vision: Proven track record of spotting non-obvious opportunities.
- Speed & resourcefulness: Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast.
- Collaboration & communication: Ability to workshop ideas with senior leaders and challenge assumptions.
