Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall satisfaction and retention of large enterprise employer commercial client(s) book of business.
- Serve as the relationship owner on assigned book of business, fostering relationships with C-suite, influencers, and decision makers.
- Develop strategy plans and provide approachable plan recommendations with support of internal stakeholders.
- Support member and client satisfaction execution and net promoter score goals.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of contractual obligations including financials, performance guarantees, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
- Lead the account team in managing client vendor relationships, renewal processes, and contract management.
- Interpret pharmacy and healthcare trends to provide proactive recommendations for plan management.
- Review and advise on product roadmaps to ensure milestones meet client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and internal resource coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in the Pacific Standard or Mountain Standard time zones.
- 5+ years’ experience in the pharmacy benefits management industry.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in health administration, business, or relevant professional experience.
- Exceptional business acumen with strong client de-escalation and presentation skills.
- Financial and statistical reporting knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time during peak periods.
