Role Overview
The Workfront Solution Architect / Strategic Process Consultant serves as a dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) focused on auditing, configuring, and optimizing our Adobe Workfront environment. You will partner with business leaders to define new operational frameworks, translating their visions into scalable system structures including intake queues, reusable templates, RACI matrices, and automation workflows.
Primary Duties
- Consultative Architecture & Discovery: Translate business requirements into efficient, technical Workfront configurations through stakeholder discovery.
- Upstream Workflow Scalability: Design foundational structures like portfolios, custom forms, and metadata to support future expansion into Brand Planning and Content Creation.
- Intake & Queue Architecture: Audit and standardize request queues to ensure incoming work is accurately scoped and prioritized.
- Template Building & Optimization: Deploy high-functioning, reusable project templates with precise dependencies and durations.
- Ownership & RACI Mapping: Implement clear task-ownership frameworks and role assignments across cross-functional teams.
- Workfront Fusion & Jira Automations: Build and maintain custom integrations using Workfront Fusion to automate data flows between Workfront and Jira.
- AI & Workflow Innovation: Prototype opportunities to leverage Claude within Workfront to automate intake summaries and task generation.
- Enablement & Governance: Author SOPs and system governance standards to support end-user adoption.
Competencies & Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Workfront Solution Architect, Process Consultant, or Senior Systems Specialist.
- Deep technical expertise in configuring Workfront objects, request queues, and enterprise template design.
- 3+ years of direct experience building automated scenarios in Workfront Fusion.
- Proven track record of integrating Workfront with Jira via Fusion or APIs.
- Familiarity with leveraging LLMs/AI models (specifically Claude) for workflow optimization.
- Ability to articulate technical configurations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Operations, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
